Basak Ergen Kekperisi

Başak Ergen received her BA in Economics and her MA in Public Relations and Publicity. After taking a break from her corporate business life, she decided to make his pastry business with a special interest in a professional manner.

 

 

Because she thought that education and experience, as well as personal skills and aspirations, had a big share in the path to success, he went to Canada, a world-renowned Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionery Arts, and graduated with a degree in Cake Design. In addition to the training she received from award-winning pastry designers in the UK, she completed her boutique pastry trainings at the PME Knightsbridge School of Cake Decorating and Confectionery Arts and received a Professional Diploma.

During this period, she followed closely the schools of France, England, Canada, USA and Australia, where she received training on celebration cakes and flavours.

 

Başak Ergen thinks that pastry should be delicious as well as it looks good. Based on that premise, she decided to go to Le Cordon Bleu in London which is one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the world in order to learn and share the art of pastry with more details and techniques. She successfully completed her studies in Le Cordon Bleu - London and was awarded the 'Diplôme de Pâtisserie'.
